What's In The Bottle
An apple brandy like no other.
Enjoy a unique combination of hand-picked autumn fruit, thyme and wild yeasts.
We only use carefully selected, quintessentially English apples from Northamptonshire - the Rose of the Shires.
The fruit is hand-pressed and triple-distilled to create an unmistakeably rich, warm, earthy spirit, imbued with vanilla hints and subtle tannins.
Perfect winter warmth to end the day.
How We Make Our Spirits
Our spirits are produced by an independent small-batch copper-pot distillery in the Northamptonshire countryside, close to the Grand Union Canal. This gives us a range of exciting grain-to-glass spirits and liqueurs.
Grain is locally ‘mashed’ for our English single malts, gins and vodkas, and local fruit for our brandies and apple-based liqueurs and aperitifs.
Each bottle is hand finished; a wax-seal is applied to the neck along with our Towpath Tipples stamp and the label is completed and initialled by our master bottler.
